Fine vistas, average service

The amazing scenery surrounded us, with spacious villas offering excellent comfort. The strategic location was ideal for exploring nearby sites like Elephant Rock.

The service fell short of expectations, with unhelpful staff and disorganized dining options. Cold meals and a lack of menu variety left us dissatisfied.

Had an AMAZING stay during our visit, everything was nice. We was upgraded to spotlessly clean triple room with beautiful ambience.

Visit the nearby heritage sites for fine views and cultural experiences. It's far more rewarding than staying on resort grounds.

Do recommend for a weekend stopover

Amazing views, comfortable room, equipped with effective air conditioning, made my stay enjoyable, especially since the location is conveniently close to nearby attractions and offers a unique outdoor swimming pool experience.

Shaden resort is a let down. The beds were poor, and room service was not accessible, comical given their pretentious claims. Woudl ve been nice to receive an upgrade or at least some decent amenities. Not worth the extravagant price for a glorified roadside motel. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Great location and comfy stay

Stayed for 2 nights in a Superior King Room. The location is fine, and the staff were super nice. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the food options could use some more variety, and the pool was a bit on the cloudy side. It was a chill vibe!

This place was just a good pick for a weekend jaunt in Al Ula with fantastic value for money. Enjoyed the pool, but just be mindful that the water wasn't the cleanest. Check the weather before planning any outdoor activities to avoid surprises.

I really loved my relaxing stay here for 3 nights. the spacious villa was a highlight, and the outdoor cinema brought such a unique touch to the experience! However, I felt the dining options could have had more variety.

The villa was spacious with comfortable beds. Quick check-in and friendly staff added a personal touch to the experience. The pool area had broken tiles, and the restaurant suffered from a limited menu, with meals often lacking variety. The lack of consistent Wi-Fi.

The rooms were spacious and well-kept, offering fine views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet included a live cooking station, and the omelettes made by Chef Abdul Rahman were a highlight.

The area had fine views and we loved the beautiful scenery around the resort. The staff was warm and cute, especially when we needed assistance with our two babies. The location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions, like Elephant Rock.

My wife says that the lack of clear signs made it challenging to navigate the resort, especially with little ones. An improvement could be providing better directions for families.
